Reverend Dr. Colleen Molinaro comes to Carnegie Presbyterian Church from The Presbytery of Redstone where she currently serves as an Interim Minister at Third Presbyterian Uniontown. Previously she served as an interim at Fort Burd Presbyterian Church in Brownsville in Redstone and in Upper Ohio Valley Presbytery she served in Follansbee, West Virginia for 8 years.
Colleen received a Bachelor of Arts in Community Ministry from Geneva University. From Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Colleen received a Master of Divinity, as well as a Doctor of Ministry in Reformed Christian Spirituality.
Rev. Molinaro has served Washington, Redstone and Upper Ohio Valley Presbyteries in various committees and leadership roles. She has attended several meetings of the Synod of the Trinity and of the General Assembly, serving in 2016 as a Commissioner for The Presbytery of Redstone.
Before being called to the ministry, Colleen managed several medical practices and was a Medical Assistant Instructor. She was a member of Church of the Covenant in Washington, PA, where she was ordained as a Deacon and a Ruling Elder, taught Sunday school, and lead several bell choirs. (Fun fact about Colleen-she owns her own handbells.)
Colleen has lived most of her life in Washington, PA. She is married to Steven. Their son and daughter-in-law live near by and Colleen’s favorite pastime is to watch their son grow before her eyes.
